Benefits Of Green Tea - Besides Being Delicious!!
To me, green tea is an acquired taste. I was used to drinking black tea, and absolutely could not get into green tea, unless I was sick. I remember my gma drinks it and swears by it. It ALWAYS worked for a cold or when I was feeling under the weather. That being said, I eventually fell in love with this wonder tea. To experience maximum benefits, one must drink at least a pot (3-5 cups) per day. But even one glass here and there is a step in the right direction! So drink up! & ENJOY :D
